Salam semua...buku pink seperti di atas ini sememang wajib di buat untuk ibu yang check up di klinik kerajaan..so far saya dah 3 kali check up di klinik kesihatan seri kembangan..datang seawal 7.15am untuk ambil no giliran..dan selalunya semuanya akan selesai pada pukul 9.30am..
